Oh my god, I can’t believe this is my horoscope today—I’ve just been talking about this today—how hard it is to keep my mouth shut about something that’s going on in my relationship. You know the kind of thing I’m talking about—where there is something not resolved yet, like when you’re going to have your next date, and it starts to make you crazy. I’ve been worrying at it in my head like a dog with a bone, going round and round until I’m making myself dizzy.
I finally had to put myself on restriction—every time I think about this I have to change my thought to something else—like the fact that my first book review just came out in Vision magazine. Yayyy! That makes me happy. Whew! A few moments of relief.
