Dear Tanya,

I'd suggest that you sign up for our Women's free ecourse (the signup is on our home page). It takes you through a six week guided journey of doing tantric practice solo. My own practice was solo for about 15 years before I began working with my current tantric partner, and I learned a lot from that time. What I know now is that solo practice can be just as ecstatic and powerful as partnered practice. My book has even more in-depth information on solo work, a total of six chapters devoted to the subject. You can find it at this link:

Best of luck to you in your practice, and please let me know if I can be of further help to you.

Namaste,

Kypris :)

hi...im really struggling with practicing tantra solo....i can do it naturally in unison with a partner who is he himself connected to his heart..and for me it can be a long blissful orgasmic union without actual genital stimulation through years of yoga and meditation..it feels complete..this way....but i dont have a partner right now....and only ever found 2 partners who i can access this experience with....so does it just take practice to do it alone..or is it a technique..? i dont want to find myself sleeping with men for the wrong reasons...as i still get stuck on that one.....help
