5th Gateway to Sacred Sexuality: Elements of Ecstasy

Explore with us the different spiritual channels through which you can experience your sexual life force energy. Discovering the elements of ecstasy is one of the six gateways to sacred sexuality, yet another key to unlock the deepest flow of our sexuality. As we work with the elements, we dance with the elemental universe within our body and soul, taking an ecstatic journey through Fire, Water, Air and Earth. Fire is the creative and sexual drive, Water is the emotional life, Air is the exercise of the intellect and the wit, while Earth is the physical body and its nurturing and healing. The feeling of each of these elements can be applied to life, sexuality, and lovemaking. Balancing these essences within you and combining them into a whole creates the unique fifth essence of spirit, which is individual to each person, and greater than the sum of the parts.

We will experience this rapturous practice of connecting with the different essences of ourselves, through both solo and partnered work. In solo practice, we will explore the elements through movement and dance, allowing you to integrate at a core level what they feel like to you alone. In partnered work, you share the experience of the elements as a couple, giving you a channel of communication through which you will create divine union. We will also explore the elements through breath, movement, trance journey, energy circuiting, and touch. We look forward to dancing in ecstasy with you!
