It was a red session Tantra session that I did. To prepare, I did the introductory class for about 6 weeks. Part of it was breathing ,there was a spiritual part of it where you ground yourself to feel safe and I wanted get to know the people that I was going to trust. I decided, (I was desperate O.K.) to completely trust for 3 hours more than I ever had anyone before. It was a red session Tantra session that I did.
