Sex, Breath, and Intimacy Day Retreat

Sunday, January 11th 1-6 PM
at the Yabyummy Temple, North Park, San Diego

Being in this present moment is a pathway to fully experiencing joy, freedom, and pleasure. Through breathing we learn to experience this very moment. Breathwork can release us from contraction of the body and emotions, from all the things that stand in the way of intimacy and an ecstatic sexual connection. Learning to breathe, and in doing so to breathe love deeply into your heart and your being, is the second gateway to sacred sexuality. Join us on a journey into the heights and depths of the breath, as we explore both classical tantric breath and shamanically channeled breathing practices. We will work with movement, visualization, and touch in both solo and partnered exercises.

Whether you are new to tantra, or wanting to deepen your practice, you are welcome to join us for this ecstatic afternoon and learn how to connect intimately with others in a safe and sacred way. The tantra puja is a sacred ceremony within which we open our hearts to loving ourselves and others and descend into the bliss that becomes enlightenment through the body. Couples, you will have a choice between staying with any partner you bring or rotating. If you are coming as a single, there will be opportunity to work with a partner and to work solo. Each exercise in this puja has a solo or partner option to it. This puja will be in the tradition of shamanic intuitive tantra, which honors our connection with the earth and with our own inner guidance. We welcome singles and couples of all sexual orientations to join us in creating a Sacred Sexual Practice.
