In this beginning class, you will learn how to use shamanic practice to create a sacred sexual practice, and enhance your vitality and sexuality, either solo or with a partner. You will play with waking up your life force energy (A.K.A. Sexual Energy) and your heart through breathing, meditation, energy work, movement, and coaching. If you have tried some of these practices before and always wanted to work with someone who could give you guidance, then this is a great opportunity. When you sign up for the class, you also get a free copy of Kypris’ book, “Journey to Sexual Wholeness”. You do not need a partner to sign up for this class, and everyone is welcome!

This class was so intriguing. I love the concept of sexuality being connected to the God and/or Goddess. Kypris and Steven were down-to-earth and knowledgeable. They are well-educated too, which helps validate their ideas in my opinion. They presented some very personal information-but I never felt emabarrased, insecure, or intimidated. I loved the “Sacred Tree Meditation”. I’m looking forward to trying another one of their classes.
