What is structural integration?

Learn Key Elements of Session One of the SI Series

Anatomy, palpation and bodywork skills will be described, demonstrated and practiced.

Hands-on work can be used immediately with your own clients, friends, family, etc.

Various hand tools will be taught.

The general intention of Session One is to release the superficial fascia of the ribs to create greater ease in breathing. The specific terrain taught in the workshop includes ribcage, sternum, shoulders, arms, diaphragm neck, lateral pelvis and leg.

You can become a board certified Structural Integration Body Worker. The $150, or $395 fee can be credited toward upcoming Practitioner Training that starts in May at the New School of Structural Integration.
