6 Gateways ~ Soul Gazing

Delve into the depths of the soul in a puja that explores the first of the six steps to tantric freedom–Soul Gazing. Gazing into your own eyes or the eyes of another is a mirror into self-knowledge and receptivity to other-knowledge. Looking into the soul of another teaches us that we all contain the God and the Goddess within us. Opening the heart is natural. This heart connection to another soul leads us more deeply into our sensual connection with our partners and ourselves. We will journey through soul gazing work using exercises that include meditation, breath, and movement. Please bring a small mirror for the exercise where you will gaze into your own eyes.

The tantra puja is a sacred ceremony within which we open our hearts to loving ourselves and others and descend into the bliss that becomes enlightenment through the body. You need not bring a partner for this puja, and we are open to bi, straight, gay, and lesbian couples. You will have a choice between staying with any partner you bring or rotating partners. This puja will be in the tradition of shamanic intuitive tantra, which honors our connection with the earth and with our own inner guidance.
