In this class, you will learn to wake up the sexual and sensual energy of your body by learning eight basic movments that you can use as a foundation for a daily tantric movement practice. These movements help to open and balance your chakras, leaving you feeling energized, sensual, and serene. Movement is a powerful way to explore both your sensuality and your sacred soul. Your body will discover new ways to awaken and move the sexual energy and to use that energy in any way you choose to create a passionate and deeply centered life.

I enjoyed this class. We didn’t have to be creative about our movements, but we could be if we wanted to. I happened to feel very comfortable being shown exactly how I could move as we went through the exercises. And I went to the class trusting that Kypris and Steven would make us feel comfortable with this stuff after reading several testimonials from other students from other classes. There have been a lot of comments about the classes being structured and taught in such a way that the students feel confident and safe. I had so much fun that I decided to go to the kissing class as a solo participant tomorrow night!
