We didn't have to be creative about our movements, but we could be if we wanted to. I happened to feel very comfortable being shown exactly how I could move as we went through the exercises. And I went to the class trusting that Kypris and Steven would make us feel comfortable with this stuff after reading several testimonials from other students from other classes. There have been a lot of comments about the classes being structured and taught in such a way that the students feel confident and safe. I had so much fun that I decided to go to the kissing class as a solo participant tomorrow night! I enjoyed this class.
