Temple Bellydance Basics (Women Only)

6 Week class starts Monday June 9th 7-8 PM
at Kaliani’s Temple, Allied Gardens, San Diego
Open to beginners and to intermediate and advanced students wanting to go deeper

Many of my students have been asking for a return to the basics of temple bellydance, and this class is for them! It’s also for new students who want to learn to move in a safe and sacred environment where movement and prayer become one. In this class, we focus on opening and balancing the chakras by learning the eight basic movements of temple bellydance. Your body learns through inner experience to create movement and to heal its emotional and spiritual wounds. You will use movement to explore both your sensuality and your sacred soul. Your body will discover new ways to awaken and move the sexual energy and to use that energy in any way you choose to create a passionate and deeply centered life.
