When we come into the bedroom to connect with our beloveds, sometimes our inner life gets in the way. Often there are fears and insecurities, shame and guilt, that stand in the way of our full connections to our beloved and with ourself. Healing these wounds by first getting awareness of them, and then accepting that they exist, clears the way for us to have the fullest pleasure possible, not only in our connections to others, but in our love affair with ourselves.

In this puja we will focus on both solo and partnered exercises designed to help you become aware of what is in your way, and how to heal that. We will begin with solo practice that focuses on trance journey and movement, then move into partnered practice that includes eye gazing, communication, and energetic connection.
