Hi Vicki
Thanks for your comment. The Potluck is both stand around and sit-down and do some tantric exercises. The first our is a social time and the second hour is more formal. We normally have around 30 people at the event with a very broad age range from mid 20′s to mid 60′s. For the potluck please bring a healthy dish. Whatever that means to you

Hi -
I’d like to attend the potluck tomorrow evening, but am unclear if it is a stand around and meet people or is a sit-down and listen to someone speak.
I plan on attending alone. Could you please send the address of the place the meeting is at. Also, what should I bring. I will have to bring something from the grocery store pre-made, so would like a suggestion.
Also, about how many people generally attend the events and what is the average age group.
Regards -
