The Potluck is both stand around and sit-down and do some tantric exercises. The first our is a social time and the second hour is more formal. We normally have around 30 people at the event with a very broad age range from mid 20's to mid 60's. For the potluck please bring a healthy dish. Whatever that means to you :) Namaste Hi Vicki
