We ask our new clients to begin by attending an event or booking a Trial Session so that they can get to know us. This also gives us time to get familiar with your desires for the work, and assess whether we are the best people to help you on your journey. During a trial session, we talk about what we do, listen to anything you'd like to share, and help you design a plan for starting on your journey with us. Trial Sessions last 1 hour and cost $39.
What can I expect in my session?
White sessions last about one hour and usually focus on learning the basics of the spiritual practice of tantra, like breathing techniques, meditation, and energy movement through the body. Red sessions last two hours, and usually begin with you receiving a massage while we coach you in breathwork and relaxation to move sexual energy through the body. Violet sessions last two hours and are focused on coaching a couple in opening and enhancing their connection to each other. However, every session is unique, and tailored to your individual needs. Because we work with a shamanic approach, we follow intuition in how we work with you, and go with the flow, led by your desires and our intuition.
What if I'm not happy with my session?
We offer a full money back guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your session.
Do I have to work with both of you, or can I book a session with just one of you?

Do I have to be naked?
No, your feeling of safety is most important to us, and we will work with any boundary you have.
There are many ways to approach learning something new and unfamiliar. The best advice we can give you is to always be as in tune as you can with your feelings. Some people dive right in and are totally comfortable heart connecting with a room full of naked people. For most, this is too big a first step. We strongly encourage you to go at your own pace and do what feels right. If you are not sure what feels right then just go slowly and see how you feel after the event. This isn't a race, so however you do it will be perfect. If you are new to Tantra you might consider attending one of our White Events. They are a great way to experience a Tantric connection without any additional worry about having to make boundaries around nudity. If a group environment is too overwhelming, we would be happy to work with you privately. In general, we provide a way to open up your connection with your own sexuality. We do this by first teaching you to connect to your own sexuality, then by teaching you how to connect with a partner within a tantric framework.
I am coming from out of town. Where would you recommend I stay?
There are lots of good 4 and 5 star hotel options near us. If you want to be on the beach, the Hotel Del Coronado is a nice option. It is on the Coronado island about 15 minutes from us. Its a beautiful historic building built in 1888 and a San Diego icon.
If you want to be in Downtown San Diego near the Gaslamp area we would suggest the W Hotel. Its much more trendy and will usually have a long line to get into the clubs on the weekend. The roof has a "beach" with heated sand and a pool. The W is about a 10 minute drive from us.
If you don't mind being about 25 minutes away and want to be in a more quiet setting you can try the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines. The hotel is near the beautiful Torrey Pines Golf Course on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific, and has a great salt water pool and jacuzzi.
A closer option is the Park Manor Suites in Hillcrest. Its a beautiful old historic building with great rooms a block away from Balboa Park.
If you are looking for something more affordable, any of the hotels on Hotel Circle Drive in San Diego will work. They are all conveniently located to us and many other San Diego attractions.

So what is Tantra anyway?
There is a lot of information out there on tantra. One source we recommend is http://www.shivashakti.com/ . You can also take a look at Kypris' blog, The Six Gateways to Sacred Sexuality.
Tantra as we teach it is about creating a deep intimate connection with yourself first, and then with your partner, a connection that opens the heart, and in which you learn to totally surrender and be present in the moment. Tantra in general is a path to enlightenment through the body, and includes many practices designed to enhance the body's aliveness and to clear and balance the body's energies, sometimes called the Kundalini or chi. Our teaching focuses on balancing the energies of the chakras, the elements, and the masculine and feminine within the body. Once you begin to do all this energy work, the sexual energy of the body naturally begins to awaken, because sexuality is an integral part of us as human beings—it is our life force energy. Thus, there is also a focus within tantra on improving our sexual connection with ourselves and with our partner. Through tantra, sexual connection with another can become a more and more ecstatic and blissful experience.

Tib., father-mother (in union with consort)
A Tibetan term that, literally translated, means father-mother. It is a phrase used for sexual union, similar to the Sanskrit maithuna, but can also be compared with the Chinese concept of the yin and yang energies permeating all of universe.
In the typical yab-yum pose, the couple faces each other with the woman sitting in or on the man's lap. Deities in the yab-yum position, often found in sculptures and on thangkas, can be found in almost every temple and monastery of Vajrayana affiliation.
The yab yum position is... the position in which the flow of energies through the various channels and chakras can best be controlled and steered.

What is a Puja?
Puja is a spiritual ritual where you acknowledge the Divine. What we do is a Tantra Puja, or a ritual where we acknowledge the Divine in each other. Still vague I know.
In practice when Yabyummy creates a Tantra Puja it will look like sitting down in a circle and partnering up with a person often of the opposite sex. We will then guide you through partnered meditations to help you experience the combination of spirituality and sensuality with another soul. You will spend about 5 minutes with this person before rotating to another person and doing a different mediation. In our white events the meditations may look like breathing together while you hold each others heart or maybe a touch exercise of lightly caressing each others arms.
What is a live webcast (Yummycast) Event?
A Yabyummy Webcast is a way for you to join us for a live Yabyummy event without ever leaving the comfort of your own home! We will guide you through our beautiful ritual by broadcasting live video and sound over the internet. All you have to do is sign up and log in at the event time to join us. What if I get 'turned on' during a session?
Ok, this first one might sound silly, but what if I get 'turned on' during a session? Perhaps that's a natural and expected side effect, but its still one that I'm nervous about. Also, do you ever get aroused during sessions?
This is a very god question. Because we are specifically working on sexual healing, it is perfectly natural to get aroused during a session and is really part of the healing process, to notice how you feel when you are aroused, to learn to stay in a meditative state while that arousal is happening (i.e., out of your head), and to learn what to do with the energy of that arousal to move it through you in a tantric way.
And yes, I often am aroused during a session, whether I'm working with a woman or a man, and again, that arousal state is part of the healing work. I feel it in my body and use that energy to pull my clients into the aroused state if they need that, or to make an energetic connection if that is what's called for, or sometimes I use the sexual energy just to amp up the healing that moves through my hands. It all depends on the individual. The thing I do want to reassure you about is that the sexual energy will never be directed at you in any way without your permission. Throughout the red session I always repeatedly check in with my clients about their boundaries and their comfort level with where and how I am touching them, and where they are ready to move to next. Your safety and comfort are important in this process.
