Because I’ve seen the Six Gateways practices help my Yabyummy students profoundly shift not only in their relationships, but also in their careers, family life, health, social connections, and spiritual awareness, I decided to create a physical place where all these areas of life could be nurtured, celebrated, honored, and integrated.

Diligently working with my staff, mentors, and friends over the last six months, I’ve combined their input and ideas with feedback from our Town Hall Meeting in December and the soft opening in March. We’ve put together a Grand Opening Day that will let you sample our offerings. Your registration allows you to stay the whole day, or just stop in for whatever interests you.

Our Founder:

Kypris Aster Drake is the acting Goddess of the Gateways, and has been teaching and dancing for 20 years. Trained and certified in the Elements of Ecstasy and Shamanic Trance Dance, she danced with Blue Lotus dance company for 2 years, directed Sisters of the Serpent dance company for 1 year, and created the “Dance of the Seven Chakras” choreography as well as the “Chakra Dance” movement practice. Kypris founded Yabyummy and the Six Gateways Center, where she practices full time as a spiritual love and intimacy coach. She holds a master’s degree in Biology, as well as a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, and is an initiated HeartWisdom Tantric Priestess. She is the author of “Journey to Sexual Wholeness, The Six Gateways to Tantric Sexuality”, and the forthcoming “True Love 101″.

Our Staff:

Maya Montoya’s journey into mind-body awareness began as a gymnast at the age of 10. When she discovered yoga, she was immediately inspired. Since then, yoga has become a constant in her life path. She has studied with numerous renowned teachers including Ganga White & Tracey Rich at the White Lotus Foundation, Shiva Rea, John Friend, and Ana Forrest. She has also completed two years of Anusara Immersions and Teacher Training with Geri Portnoy and has received her Anusara-inspired yoga teacher license. Maya believes yoga is the art of remembering our true nature. When we align with the flow of grace, we open our hearts with love to the present moment. Maya’s intention is to encourage a profound meditative experience inviting students to connect with their essence while coming into a state of optimum health and balance. Maya is also a massage therapist specializing in Thai massage and also teaches this elegant modality.

Liz Lemesevski is here to help you dare to dream and dare to build stronger communities throughout the San Diego area. Liz earned her MBA at Fordham University in NY and brings over 20 years of experience investing in good companies.

Cathleene Cienfuegos’ Art as a Spiritual Path journey began several years ago when her Art and Spiritual Paths merged. Integrating Wisdom and Experience from intimate journeys with Brooks Greene-Barton, (Art of God) Deepak Chopra, and Mandala Master Paul Huesenstamm, (just to name a few) Cathleene’s approach to the Art Experience is from a perspective of Universal Presence. Her achievements include a BA. In Applied Arts and Science and many freelance Art projects in the San Diego area. She is also the creator and facilitator of “The Artist is You Mandala Experience”

Veronicah Cohen is an initiated Temple Priestess, Divine Channel and Sacred Dance Facilitator. She has been studying ritual and magic since the age of 14. Her own journey includes using tantric techniques and healing methods to manifest her Beloved, overcome fertility challenges with ease and produce two beautiful babies all in the past 5 years!

Each month before walking the labyrinth we will feel into one of the six gateways and use that as our intention for the walk. This month, our intention is to connect with the six gateway of UNION.

Walking the Labyrinth is an experience of dropping deeply into the body. Every time I step into its sacred circuits, I feel a call to be present in the soles of my feet and my belly, while at the same time some unnamed spiritual force begins to gently work a sort of “spiritual massage” on my soul. At the end of a walk I feel reborn, renewed, and full of new insights about my life. This is a truly magickal process.

For me the Labyrinth symbolizes the journey that I have been taking for the past 8 years of working gently and diligently through the practices of the 6 Gateways. Years ago I felt called to build a labyrinth on my own land. Now I feel called to walk the labyrinths of this area, and to bring others with me.

The Labyrinth walk is a freely given offering from my heart. To join me simply RSVP to kypris@yabyummy.com. We will meet at 11 AM and begin the walk at 11:15. You can expect to take about an hour for this practice.

Open to men and women who want to explore the balance of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water through solo meditation and movement

Gather your scattered pieces and weave them into a balanced whole through movement in this 2 hour class appropriate for all levels.

• Move to express your body, your emotions, your thoughts, and your passion
• Explore your shadow and integrate it with your light
• Understand your relationship to your own inner masculine and feminine
• Release tension
• Cultivate joy and happiness

This is a two hour event, and we will take only short breaks during the 1.5 hour movement portion. Be sure to eat only lightly beforehand. Wear clothing that allows freedom of movement, dress in layers, and bring water. Our facility has climate control and filtered water for your comfort.

I ask you to make with me a six month commitment to visit each of the 6 Gateways of Spirit, Love, Power, Freedom, Balance, and Union. On this journey you will:

• Elucidate the gateways and how to use them in your work through six two-hour in-person or telephone private trainings with me
• Integrate in twelve one-hour phone calls for group discussion and connection with other trainees (all calls will be recorded and shared)
• Synthesize your training through participation in a weekend of practical application and certification (Sep 22-23 in San Diego).
• Validate your training by reading “Journey to Sexual Wholeness” in kindle or pdf format (this becomes a handbook for your future work)
• Incorporate the “Six Gateways Tantric Meditations” into your daily practice using my mp3 download.
• Receive and Give support to other trainees in a private Facebook discussion group for subscribers only
• Troubleshoot through personal email support and accountability

My background-

I have significant experience in guiding people to wholeness around issues of love and sexuality, and I have also helped many people create more satisfaction in the workplace, find their life direction, and improve their family relationships. I am an expert in the principles of the Six Gateways and have found time and again that they work in every aspect of life.

When and what are group teleclasses and why are they valuable?
