How do I log into my account and download my video or audio?

The video won’t play. (for example you can hear the video but not see it, or vice versa)

I ran out of downloads, can you help?

I just can’t get it to work. Is there anything else I can do?

How do I download free audio files?

We often offer free audio downloads in our e-courses and with our newsletter signup. If you are having trouble with downloading from the link in the the e-mail. please follow these instructions.

For Windows

Internet Explorer – Right-click on the file to download and choose “Save Target As…”, then in the dialog box that appears, click “save”. This should start the download.
Firefox – Right-click on the file to download and choose “Save Link As…”, then in the dialog box that appears, click “save”. This should start the download.

For Macintosh

Safari – Ctrl-click on the link, and select “download linked file”, this should start the download.
Firefox – Ctrl-click on the link, and select “save link as…”, then in the dialog box that appears, click “save”. This should start the download.

How do I log into my account and download my video or audio?

To log into your Yabyummy Account go to

https://www.yabyummy.com/learn/index.php?main_page=login

and enter your email and password into the right hand box labeled "Existing Account Sign In".

Your email is the same one that you used to purchase your video or audio. You should have received an email from kypris@yabyummy.com with the subject "Order Confirmation No: ########". If you did not receive this email please add kypris@yabyummy.com to your email contact list and check your spam folder for our emails.

Your password is the one you used to setup your original account. If you did not create an account with us during checkout, a download account was automatically created for you and your password was sent in a separate email. If you forgot your password click the link and we will email you a new one.

Once you have logged in you will see a list of your orders. Click on the "view" button and you will be brought to a page with download instructions for any videos or audios that you purchased.

If you have trouble viewing the downloaded video .avi files, especially on a Mac, we recommend that you download the free media program called VLC media player from http://www.videolan.org/. We frequently use this program to view movies on both Windows and Mac platforms and it is very robust.

If you are using VLC on the Mac, it is a little tricky. You need to first run VLC after installing it. With VLC running, select the File/Open command and navigate to the download video file’s location. The file should play in VLC if you open it this way. If you just click on the video file, Quicktime will open and try to play it. Unfortunately the video does not play using Quicktime.

Absolutely, just send an email to steven@yabyummy.com with a request to reset your download count.

I just can’t get it to work. Is there anything else I can do?

If it’s just not working we have two more options.

First: We do offer a streaming version of our videos. This means that you watch them right from our website the same way you watched the preview videos. If you would like access to our streaming video please email steven@yabyummy.com with a request to watch the streaming video. Make sure you email us from the same account you purchased the video on so we can verify your purchase.

Second: We do also offer a DVD version of our videos and a CD version of our audios. To upgrade your purchase and have a DVD or CD mailed to you please email steven@yabyummy.com.
