A spiritual awakening can be described as a basic change in thoughts and behavior. My love and intimacy programs are based on practical advice, meditation, sacred sexuality training, and shamanic healing. I work with two frameworks, the Six Gateways and the True Love Pyramid. This work is designed to guide you toward an awakening that results in lasting change. It is my goal to help you create a life that includes more pleasure and satisfaction in your sexuality and relationships.
Private work with me includes email support and homework assignments to keep you practicing and anchor your practice between meeting times. You may work with me in person or by phone.

Relationship healing work takes you into a deep healing process focused on creating powerful changes in the way you are relating and creating romantic relationships. If you struggle with maintaining relationships the white path is a great place to start learning how to create true intimacy and feel safe as you do. |
Heal Your Sexuality

Sexual healing can focus on any number of challenges, including premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction for men, and painful intercourse and lack of orgasm for women. I also work to heal sexual abuse and trauma. Our goal is to work slowly and safely through breath, meditation, and learning how sexual energy moves through the body so that we can feel empowered in our own sexuality. Once you have healed, then my training goes forward into teaching you to consciously connect with your partner and create passionate connections that last. |
White Tantra

White tantra is defined as the spiritual work of sacred sexuality, and is the powerful preparation for doing red work with a partner. We work with the Six Gateways to learn spiritual practices of breath, meditation, and energetic connection that will enliven and energize your body, wake up your heart, and open your mind. |
