Payment Plan Policy

Yabyummy offers a number of payment plans to help make your work with us fit your lifestyle. A payment plan is any time we split up payments for an private intensive or yabyummy workshop over a number of months.

The following is a brief description of our payment plans:

  • Your first payment will be processed TODAY, at the time you complete your registration with us.
  • All subsequent payments will be charged on a 31-day cycle to the same credit card you used when completing your registration.
  • If any of your scheduled payments are declined, you will receive an email informing you about the declined payment. If you receive such an email, it is your responsibility to contact us. Until the problem is rectified and the payment plan brought current, you will be transferred out of all workshops and/or private work.

The following section contains the terms of your payment agreement with Yabyummy, and applies to all workshops and private work. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY, and make sure that you are clear about the payment schedule and all fees associated with changes to the schedule or in the event of non-payment. By clicking the “I Agree to Terms” button for the workshop or private intensive you select, and completing your registration, you are indicating that you agree to the following:

  1. I authorize Yabyummy to charge to my credit card, the number of payments in the amounts described in the section above, beginning on today’s date. I understand that subsequent payments will be automatically deducted on a 31-day cycle.
  2. I understand that a charge of $20 will be assessed for alterations to the payment schedule described above.
  3. If I need to change the payment plan schedule once I am registered, I understand that it is my responsibility to contact Yabyummy.
  4. In the event of a declined transaction for any future payments, I authorize Yabyummy to assess and collect a fee of $15 for each occurrence.
  5. I understand that it is my responsibility to contact Yabyummy regarding any declined payments, and further understand that I will be transferred out of all workshops and Private Work until such time as the payment plan is brought current.
  6. After participating in the selected program, if I default on the remaining payments, I agree to reimburse Yabyummy for all costs associated with collecting the remainder of the fee.

Workshop Transfer Policy

We make commitments to staff and facilities based upon your registration. If you cannot attend the workshop for which you have registered, you may transfer to another date or location within the guidelines listed below. Transfer Policy for ALL workshops

  1. All transfers are subject to workshop space availability.
  2. Transfers requested more than 10 days prior to the workshop are free.
  3. Transfers requested within 10 days of the workshop will incur a $75 transfer fee per person (each occurrence).
  4. Transfers made as a result of "no showing" at the workshop will incur a $75 transfer fee per person (each occurrence).
  5. If the workshop cost is less than $75 then the transfer fee is the full cost of the workshop.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration prior to participating in the workshop for which you are registered, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee of $75 per person. If the workshop cost is less than $75 then the cancellation fee is the full cost of the workshop. Service charges incurred from any monthly payment plan are non-refundable.

Private Work Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your appointment at no charge with greater than 48 hours notice. If you reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a $75 fee.

Private Work Cancellation Policy

Because we want to help you stay motivated and committed to this work, we have a rather strict cancellation policy. We find that money talks where perhaps no other motivation does.

When you purchase an intensive (i.e. a series of three or more sessions) this is a commitment to complete all sessions in the series. if you are unhappy after your first session we have a money back Satisfaction Guarantee.

  1. Our intensive series are designed to be completed in 3 months. We do understand that sometimes scheduling gets in the way and allow a total of 6 months to complete your series. After that time we reserve the right to cancel your remaining sessions with no refund.
  2. Cancellation of session work for reasons other than our Satisfaction Guarantee does not entitle you to any reimbursement of funds from your paid intensive fee.
  3. If I am using any of Yabyummy’s payment plans, i.e., have agreed to pay for my intensive over a period of time, and I choose to cancel any remaining sessions for reasons other than using the Satisfaction Guarantee, I agree to reimburse Yabyummy for all costs associated with collecting the remainder of the fee.
