I have done this for as long as I can remember. It is hard as I still doubt myself, I have periods when I am full of confidence, then the doubts creep back and I get lost for a while as I question everything. It can make it interesting to decide things and to trust them. I am getting more confidence and dont shy away from sex as much. I am still nervous, but as I am starting to have faith in myself, I am no longer so afraid. Feeling safe here is taking some time, you could say. Yet I see a way and spend time each day liking who I am, where I am and existing without worries. It is bliss! I feel my life changing, I feel like I am starting to let go, but dont know which direction it is taking. The hardest part is just leaving be, not controlling, and trusting in life.
