If after completing a workshop, you are not satisfied with the program, Yabyummy will refund 100% of your tuition. If you do not attend all portions of your workshop, you forfeit the right to claim this guarantee, and the Cancellation and Transfer Policies apply.

Private Work Satisfaction Guarantee

If after completing your first session of an intensive you are not satisfied with the work, Yabyummy will refund 100% of your intensive fee for all of your sessions. If you do not attend the initial session, you forfeit the right to claim this guarantee, and our Cancellation and Transfer Policies apply. Our 100% money back guarantee applies only to your first session with us. Subsequent sessions are governed by our Cancellation and Transfer Policies. We allow 1 month from the date of your initial session to sit and integrate the work before making any decision regarding your Satisfaction Guarantee, after that time our Cancellation and Transfer Policies apply.

Product Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with any of our products for any reason, Yabyummy will refund 100% of your cost. For downloadable products simply email us with the name of the product and your order number and we will refund your charge. For our DVD’s, CD’s and Books simply ship them back to us with a copy of your invoice and we will refund your cost.
