I just received the book and I’ve read ch1-4 already. I’ve already got so much stuff underlined (grad school habit). For now I’ll just say that the book absolutely makes me even more certain this is the path I’m supposed to be on. Sometimes I feel as if I’m reading about my exact experiences/feelings/thoughts. I’m learning a lot and really trying to apply it – specifically much of the material on releasing fear, surrendering, and the portion on abandonment.

I have gotten a great deal out of the first three pages of Chapter 4, Healing the Heart – reread and thought about them several, several times. Thanks for your loving and inspired writing. I am happy to say that since beginning your course, I have been able to live every day right here in the moment. I feel it is a good start as there have been some potentially upsetting obstacles that have come up.

There was an emergency on the flight to Washington, D.C. After a passenger became unconscious, our plane immediately returned to the terminal for medical assistance. The woman seated next to me finally became communicative and wanted to know the latest regarding the situation since I was closer to the action from the isle seat.
