Through our own experience and practice with hundreds of clients and students, we have created a series of shamanic ceremonies designed for healing and opening the body to receive more pleasure. To create lasting change in your life and your sexuality, we offer an intensive series of 3 sessions to allow you to integrate and practice this new way of being in your body. We do recommend that you see us first for an introductory session in person or by telephone, to make sure this work is right for you and to discuss your needs before moving into a white session with us.

What Happens in a White Session?

White sessions last 1 hour, and are designed to nurture, heal, and help you grow. We create a safe and beautiful environment that allows you to fully relax and sink into healing and release of old limiting beliefs and fears. White sessions are done fully clothed, and any touch is optional, and only done within what feels 100% safe to you. In your sessions we focus on talking to discover what is limiting you, and to set realistic goals for change, From there we engage practices of meditation, breath, visualization, and movement to teach the body to feel safe, to relax, and to become energized with a vitality that is joyful and ecstatic. White sessions may include Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Trance Journey, Tantric Meditation, Breathwork, and Relationship Coaching.
